[Dx-qsl] ZD9AH good for DXCC?

Hi Charles--

Well, I did a search of the entire internet, plus the ARRL website and 
there's no mention that ZD9AH was ever approved for DXCC credit.   Other 
approvals were mentioned on the League web, but not that one.   I guess 
we wait until Uli submits the papwerwork and Bill Moore tells us it's a 
counter.
