[Dx-qsl] re missent note about qrz.com - meant for dxlab group

Never mind.  Figured it out soon as I sent the note.  For some reason, the
QRZ.com page came up and said I had to sign in to it.  Havent had to do that
for months, and maybe years.  Soon as I did, the problem went away.
