 I have never worked the Bureau,............

 But for YOUR sake,......... I hope its MUCH easier than being a QSL 
Manager,
especially since LOTW, because NOW I get bunches of e mails from Ham radio 
detectives who go LOOK at the LOTW page, they see the latest UPLOAD for a 
particular call sign then, they e mail wanting to know WHY there qso from 10 
mins ago isnt on LOTW yet !  it gets a BIT frustrating at times.
