Hi Jim,

Tom, WD5K and I worked Kim on 6m in Dec. 2001.
We both have tried numerous attempts direct, bureau, email, etc. to both his
OX and OZ calls to get a card for our 6m contacts.
All went unanswered or returned.

There are some on this reflector that did receive a card from him but that
was back in 2001 and earlier time frame when he was active and actually
QSLing. Kim used to be extremely active but seems to have disappeared from
the ham scene. He uploaded all the contacts to eQSL years ago but that
doesn't do me much good for ARRL awards. :-(

About 2 years ago, I found this link which appears to be a Kim Andersen blog
http://langerejsehjem.wordpress.com/author/oz5fv/
and it looks like he was still alive and kicking in Nov 2010. Also from the
page it appears he may have a Twitter account but since I don't have one, I
can't log in and check out what is there.

I don't have any other addresses or email addresses to pass along other than
what is found on QRZ and other sites. I wish you all the luck in the world
trying to get a card and should you succeed, I would be very interested in
the route you used.

73,

Scott AA5AM
