[Dx-qsl] QSL route for 9X0A (Nov 2010)

I think I may have solved the mystery.
I believe I busted the call and it should be 9U0A. DX Summit shows Sigi's
(DL7DF) 9U0A operation on those dates and his on-line logs shows me to have
2 20m CW QSOs for which I only have one logged.
