I thought the same thing when I heard him on 12m (when you did).

He's on 10.140 PSK right now at about 1130hz.

Just worked a station signing KG4KC on 12 meters.  

Don't see anything anywhere online about this call.  

Anyone know if this is a new licensee, or is this our good buddy Slim?
