Hi  guys.

My comrade, Vladislav UA4LU, has asked to place the information:

To me many letters sent by me in USA in April of this year with QSL for have returned
actively PZ5P, with a stamp on envelopes " it is impossible to deliver to the addressee ".
The request to all guys from USA, who has not received the answers on the direct via UA4LU
 to write on ua4lu at mail.ru for the decision of a question. The sending is possible
all QSL via bureau sistem.
