[Dx-qsl] GQSL

I dont know about a bad experience but as a QSL Manager, in the last 
batch I received from the buro,  I received 8 identical cards from 
UA3AQB, 7 identical cards from K3EL and 7 identical cards from IZ5DKJ  
all produced by Global QSL....  I don't profess to know how the system 
works, but if you are charged for each card produced then 
??????????????  How many more times has the computer glitched and 
produced excess cards??
