Well after 20 years of sending QSL cards to Turkey I finally received a  
confirmation back - TA2/DL7BC worked on 7-17 and received a the card on 7-29. 
I  had sent over 15 cards with "green stamps" to a number of Turkish hams  
as well as TA/ stations during this time, yes I had emailed and always got a  
reply that yes I was in their log and the card was on it's way.
 
Anyone else have a $50.00 QSL card?
