[Dx-qsl] 9J2QQV - QSL NOT Received

I'm in the same situation that you are in re 9J2QQV.  I did have a friend in JA-land
visit the JO7QQV QTH in August 2010.  

He reported:

"...I just went to his home today to try meeting him but his father said he is in 9J Zanbia again now .
He work with research in the university. He is going to be back in JA in months and also said many 
SASEs have arrived there..."

I have no new information since then. Hopefully, this information helps you.

Has anyone ever received a card for 9J2QQV for a Feb 09 contact ?
I've QSL'd via JO7QQV twice, but no reply.
