You can go into the forum section under QRZ Callsign Database Helpers and 
make a post requesting to add your events 1x1 for a short period. Then the 
administrators will add the 1x1 for a short period then remove the listing. 
There won't be a registered trustee & only they can change it. That is the 
proper way to list it on QRZ so the listing will be free for the next event 
with that call to list it.  That is the way Vlad, UA6JD was explaining.
