[Dx-qsl] qrzcom-new system start

For what it's worth I noticed when I try to use qrz.com it comes up as
www3.qrz.com/db. If I go to my history and click on just plain
www.qrz.com/db it changes over to www3.qrz.com/db. The path in my DX4WIN
logger is set to qrz.com/db but again when I try to look up a call from
within DX4WIN it again changes to www3.qrz.com/db and locks me out.
If I type www.qrz.com/db into the browser I get the webpage cannot be found.
What does the wow mean?

Yes, I saw that. I can understand not being able to access the website, i.e.
getting the unable to connect message. But I don't understand being able to
log on but then being denied access due to too many look-ups.

This weekend QRZ.com installed a major hardware and software
upgrade. They warned that there would be some downtime and the
occasional post-upgrade burps can be expected.
