"QRZ has begun the process of upgrading our software and hardware in preparation for a move to a new server complex.
In order to synchronize the new system with the old, it will be necessary to freeze the system to disable all data updates
for a period of up to 24 hours. Hopefully it won't take that long but
we're simply being realistic.
Starting tomorrow morning, Friday January 21, 2010, the QRZ system will stop accepting updates and/or new data of any kind.
This includes callsign pages, logbook entries, and Forum articles. Basically, everything will be frozen. Private Messages (PM's)
will also be shut off during the transition. ............."
