[Dx-qsl] Needed Confirmations

1A4A worked 4 times in 2007.  Needed two cards but never received them. 
Finally, those two were confirmed via LOTW, but not the other two contacts 
for which I did not send cards.  I have 10 mode/bands worked with the 
entity, and it has been like pulling hens teeth to get confirmations on any 
of them, although I have finally got 9 mode/bands confirmed with a 
combinatiion of 4 stations.  Three out of the four have come thru with LOTW 
matches.
