[Dx-qsl] Need some QSL routes

I got E21EJC back from the QRL address no problem.  That was a 2010 QSO.

T31JS I'm afraid that you're probably out of luck.  That was VK9NS who is SK 
and I do not know if HIDXA or anyone else is handling the logs at all. 
Somebody should really try to find this out before long.
