[Dx-qsl] re pj2t and pj7e

The PJ7E cards (and certificates) are coming out.  I started hearing about
it about 2 weeks ago or so, mine just came the other day.

And, while I don't know if this is the case in the PJ2T situation, if they
ordered new QSL cards to reflect the new entity status, 3 months may not
that out of line, depending on how long it took to redesign a card and get
it printed.

They will be out.  Not to worry.

I sent donations plus qsl cards via snail mail.   3 months is  sort of a
