And for final, I don't know for USPS but for the Correo Argentino is a
big difference between simple letter and registered letter. Registered letter is much more
expensive, this is labeled with bar codes for tracking on-line and, most importantly, you can
complain about it if it is lost. Perhaps the letter finished in the trash anyway, but you have a 
code
 to claim for it. After a lot of complaints maybe we can "clean up" the bad people. We here
have a saying that says "El que no llora, no mama" and could be translated as "if you don't claim, 
you do not get results"
and this is valid for us in Argentina, but not always, we demand our rights.
Bad for us.
