[Dx-qsl] Italian postal rate?

In Canada new Postal rates (higher obviously) are to be introduced
on Monday Jan.17.2011. Here are prices for 30gr (1 oz) letters.

Domestic   59c  (was 57c)

US        $1.03 (was $1 CDN)

Overseas  $1.75 (was $1.7 CDN)

Bad news for US hams. $1 US is not sufficient any more.

It doesn't amazes me Toshi, prices are really increasing in the European 
Union, Airmail was raised in Portugal, but also Gas, food, well almost 
everything.
