Last I heard, the DXCC turn around time was about 2 months.  Tomorrow (or
today UTC!) marks 2 months since my 40 M app was received.  One can remain
hopeful, although I see a lot of October apps on the list yet.  Just hope it
comes before WASHFest in February, it would be nice to have it out of the
way when I submit my 80 meter cards to officially complete 5BDXCC!
