[Dx-qsl] Help with some tough ones

Steve,

May I wish you luck with EP3SMH, I have been trying to get a card from that
guy for a couple of 17 mtr contacts in 2002. I have sent at least 10 cards
with green stamps, and last year even Registered.

Nothing, even sent him a couple of emails, and did not get a response. He
has a nice page on QRZ.com, says he will QSL 100% (well, maybe 99% since I
never got one).

Fortunately, the contacts I had with him on 17M were band only, so it is not
that big of a deal (other than all the green stamps that are filling his
wallet).

Not sure about the others; other than I do not think the PJ2T cards are out.
I think they are also going to upload to LOTW once the ARRL gets last year
submissions done.
