[Dx-qsl] Help with some tough ones

S79GM     I received a LOTW confirmation for this March operation.

A45XR     I received a card direct for a 1999 contact as well as a later 
LOTW confirmation in 2009, but am waiting for a card that I sent out 
early last year for a 2010 QSO.
