[Dx-qsl] 9K2ZZ QSL's

I'm trying to obtain QSL's from some of Bob's 9K activity in the 90's.  He said he no longer has any QSL's or logs from his Kuwait days.  His manager, W8CNL, is now SK for several years.  Does anyone who knew Ray know if cards and logs were passed on to anyone, or a club?  

LOTW is not an option, since I have dropped from ARRL membership.  If LOTW is the only method available, I suppose I'll have to pass for now.
