[Dx-qsl] Help Needed No DXCC

Never remove QSOs from your log!  Put a note in your log saying something
like "as of February 13, 2011 this QSO does not count for DXCC".  That way
if by some miracle it eventually does count you will not have lost that QSO.
After all it was a QSO, right?
