I worked this station in 2002 and QSL'd direct with no response twice since. I also know another local station that did the same, and both with no response. This is a crucial QSO for us, and I'm sure many others. Can anyone, anywhere give some clue as to what, or how we get QSL's from this station? Thanks for your help. 73 Ken WA8JOC
