John and the group,

Like you, I have sent several cards to VE2XO for this operation, none of
which have been responded to.
I tried email, and was told that he was ordering more cards and to be
patient, but that was a couple of years ago now, and I have not heard
anything since.

I gave up in disgust after that, and have not bothered trying again.

Not sure why he couldn't upload to LoTW for this, and save himself a lot of
grief!
