[Dx-qsl] Fwd: postal increase

Nao,
Air mail today from the USA to JA for basic letter is 98 cents.  If my 
math is correct, the increase on April 17 2011 should go to about $1.00.
Just an estimate based on the  information below.  (Math was not my thing.)
