...when they've worked through the backlog of pending 2010 DXCC
applications.

According to the Applications Received web page,
http://www.arrl.org/dxcc-applications-received:
"DXCC is currently mailing applications received during the week of November
19, 2010, plus or minus 1-2 weeks. The current turnaround is estimated to be
approximately 10 weeks."

That being said, the list still shows some applications (presumably not yet
processed) with received dates at the end of October, and my 40 meter
application (dated 11 November) is still on the list, so if it's being
processed, they're not done yet.  But, I know they'll get to it soon
enough... I waited 9 years after completing 5 Band before sending in my
first DXCC application, so what's the rush?

Just received PJ2/K8LEE CW & SSB for all time new one. Now only waiting 
for PJ4D SSB to complete the news PJs.

Does anyone know when LOTW will "un-lock" the PJs certificates?
