I was in similar straights last year. I tried the K4 route twice with no luck. I then tried YT1AD and got the card. This was for some CW QSOs. - GL - John N9RE

Ken, you can QSL via K4TZZ according to an info from 2007 for K1B in 2002.
If no luck you should try via YT1AD.

In going back over my "gaps" of bands/modes that I'm now trying to fill in,
I NEVER QSL'd K1B, Howland Islands !
I had heard there was a manager change some years back, but it never struck
me I had RTTY, CW, and SSB on all 5 bands for various modes.
Can someone advise where to send the cards now? Are there any specific
requirements?
