[Dx-qsl] Big QSL oversight !

In going back over my "gaps" of bands/modes that I'm now trying to fill in, I NEVER QSL'd K1B, Howland Islands !
I had heard there was a manager change some years back, but it never struck me I had RTTY, CW, and SSB on all 5 bands for various modes.
Can someone advise where to send the cards now?  Are there any specific requirements?
