Hi Dave,

I just did mine and the login page for PayPal was also in Italian for me.  I 
just logged in as normal and when once I got into PayPal itself it went back 
to English & everything went fine from there.  I use PayPal quite often so 
logging in was easy for me even in Italian so if you can get logged in 
you'll be back to normal for the rest of the process.
