[Dx-qsl] Boxes for QSL's

I had some custom QSL file drawers made by Pittsburg File & Box Co (
http://www.pittsburghfileandbox.com/).
The custom QSL file drawers are J-569.
I really like them as the file boxes can be stacked, but the drawers
individually removed.
