P5RS7 was in Dec 1992. It seemed to be a well organized operation with a
website and a JA QSL Mgr. QSL cards were sent. The rumor I heard was that he
was actually someplace in China. That's all I know.

Romeo's exploits were before my time (DX time that is!).  Are there any 
accounts floating around of where he and his cohorts really were when 
the supposed operations took place?
