[Dx-qsl] T73W

I 'thought' I worked T73W in the recent Russian DX CW contest but have been
unable to find out absolutely anything about him, which leads me to think I
may have mangled the call (not at all surprising when you read code like I
do).

 

Can anyone offer any observations - all will be appreciated.
