Yes, his QRZ.COM listing says "please send only 1 QSL for letter",  which I
read "One QSL per envelope", not one QSO per envelope.  And I sent more that
enough for postage, even considering the low value of the US dollar against
the Euro or the pesetas.

I don't want to think that amateur radio QSL'ing is business.  World's best
QSL manager, W3HNK, requires only sufficient return postage.  

Will try again via bureau, to see what happens.
