[Dx-qsl] 5R8NL PO Letter Theft

I've had registered letters with QSLs rifled somewhere along the line. Even got the pink card back showing it was deliviered successfully. Since the signature was sort of scribbled, never could tell who actually received it, the crook in a foreign post office or the addressee.
