Hum,

 My way of doing this,

 I put the GS INSIDE the 2nd security envelope,  and the fold DOWN so that 
when the GUY uses a LETTER opener he doesnt rip the MONEY in half !

  But no matter what  you do, a thief, is a thief !

I sent a QSL with 2 green stamps and a Self Addressed Envelope.

I put the QSL inside the SAE in the green stamps in the bottom of it. I also 
put the opening of the SAE to the bottom of the envelope, up side down.

The QSL was returned to me undeliverable. It came with original envelopes 
All looked good from the out side. The SAE had the outer edge came glued 
where there was none, just a narrow dab. the SAE came top side up inside the 
original envelope and the green stamps were gone.

Boy are those guys good at what they do.

I resent the QSL to PA7FM this time.
