I have one of 2 QSO card in shack from 1993 via buro received Feb.1.1996.
Op was Akihiro Sakai JG3LZG
QSL mgr was via JH3RRA this info is on the QSL Card
My QSO:
13-Feb-93 30M is CFM
23-Oct-93 24M CW  is NOT cfm.
 If you get additional Info pse pass it on.
