[Dx-qsl] queries YB1A, 9V1ZV

Just completed going back thru all my missing confirmations, and making new 
cards, etc.   I am still not sure about two of them:

YB1A.   info is that he is SK- August 2007 about a year after I worked and 
QSLd him.  I cannot find if anyone has his log, or has taken over as 
manager, etc. ????

9V1ZV     Still listed in data bases, including QRZ.com.  I worked in in 
1997 and sent a buro card at that time.  Since, I have followed up direct 
and at least one more buro card, plus since since 2006, I have sent him 4 
emails, about one a year, and have received no replies whatsoever.  The 
emails did not bounce either.  Is there any hope with him?  Or is he a 
write-off?
