I am being told by the DXCC Desk ( Bill Moore ) that 9U1KI  is not good for DXCC

 anyone else had this problem ?   I contacted Peter, and he says that in MARCH of this year he got with Bill and sent him all the needed paper work.

 I have sent them BOTH e mails asking for further explanation.
