[Dx-qsl] TU2CI

I HAVE TRIED DIRECT 3 times with IRC or $2 since 2000 for a TU2ZA RTTY QSL via TU2CI and no response.  This looks like a real blackhole for $/IRC.  Please announce if you get a good route?  Thanks, Buzz N5UR
