[Dx-qsl] Confusion re. T46G

All the usual sources say that CO6LC is the manager for T46G 
(including the T46G entry on QRZ.com), but no response to my direct 
QSL 18 months ago (SAE, IRC, $$) and I've read reports that CO6LC 
simply doesn't respond to direct QSLs.  I happened to work CO6LC on 
15m today and asked him about this and he said the manager for T46G is CO6LP.

Has anyone else heard about this?
