The name of the island can be added on separate sticker.
I usually put the rubber stamp on top of such sticker.
All cards I sent to requestors with stickers add-on
were accepted for IOTA programme if submitted.
The same applies to missing info for other programmes
like LightHouse referencess, WFFs, counties, RDAs, CISAs
windmills, castles, SOTAs Etc.. Etc ...

Also, I believe nothing can be handwritten. The IOTA info is supposed to be printed on the card or on the QSL info label (if used). Please correct me if I am wrong. It would be a shame if none of the PJ2/OH1VR Q's count for IOTA credit.

It seems some of you are missing the most important issue.
The mandatory field in a IOTA QSL card is the NAME OF THE ISLAND, not the IOTA reference, it doesn't really matters if the card has the reference in it but it must have the name of the Island (not the Island group).
I know IOTA likes to see the name of the Island written in its original language, for example not "Peach Island" but "Ilha do Pessegueiro".
Curaçao is counting for SA-099 since 04:00 UTC of 10/10/10, it doesn't matters if IOTA SA-099 is handwritten as far as the QSL shows the name Island of Curaçao, I think simply Curaçao will do.
