[Dx-qsl] PJ4D on-line log

We have spotted a few problems when uploading our logs, so don't take the
online log as the "final word".  So if you do not find yourself in the log,
it's OK to work us again - dupes are OK as long as they are not intentional
just to work us 10 times on the same band/mode.

We have nearly 15,000 QSOs online already, so there are sure to be mistakes.

No, but I found missing contacts in PJ7E on the first days post that showed
up in the second days post. I've had missing contacts in PJ2T and PJ6A logs,
both phone and CW, so there are some problems getting the computer logs into
the online log. When in doubt, work them again per their instructions.
