[Dx-qsl] VP53 in 1997 - 1998

Still tracking down folk who havent confirmed, and still needed.
I have two contacts with VP5E, and it appears those licenses are good for 
just one year, or particial years.  They run out in December of each year, 
no matter in what month they were issued.  And we complained about spending 
a few bucks every 10 years!

I need to know who was running that call March 1997 and again March 1998. 
May be the same person, and again, it may not.  Both were on 20 meters, 
first on CW and then SSB.  The present club people say do NOT send any buro 
cards, to visitors, as they almost never want them, and leave no forwarding 
address, or funds to forward them.  The club does not return them either, 
but just dumps them.   Anyway, does anyone have cards from that time, or 
know to whom I may approach.  The current VP5 web page is of no help.
