TM5EL reports Lighthouse WLOTA: L-2721. No ARLHS.
CE6M has WLOTA reference LH 0684.  


There is also no WFF reference, other than 'defaults' FM, FG.

Mocha Island would be CEFF-067 for WFF programme, and CHI-024
for ARLHS programme. The ARLHS directory has different 
reference than on QSL card: 38S 22,  74W 55.
