[Dx-qsl] Is the Saipan Amateur Radio club still active

It's my understanding that Rubin Hughes, WA6AHF passed away long time ago. 
He and his wife were very active QSL managers. He was a member of the Yasme 
Foundation and someone may know what happened with the logs.
