I've never had a problem with Josh.  Always gotten a card back in a very
reasonable period of time.

There are many questionable QSL'ers out there.  Josh is not one of them.

He received mine + $$, but got lost on its way back .....

Said out of 1200 sent there have been only three other complaints.
