I worked R750Y in July of 2005 on 30 meters. At that time it was “QSL via UA2 Bureau”. Now I find UA2FL listed as the manager but on QRZ.com his listing says “NO QSL!!!”. Does anybody know how I can get a confirmation for R750Y? Thanks. Bill, K9IW
