[Dx-qsl] XR0ZY info - email - missing otw

I worked XR0ZY several times in 2000 and 2005.  One out of 6 contacts 
appears to have been matched in LOTW.  his last LOTW upload was 2004-03-19, 
which is after 5 of those contacts, and a few months before the last one. 
Only one of the earlier ones were matched.  I just attempted to send an 
email to him, and of course it bounces (QRZ.COM adddress listing).   Then to 
OM2SA, his QSL manager call, and there is no email address listed for that 
one, in either Buck or QRZ.com.    I still need a 40 meter contact 
confirmed.  Anyone know any present address for him?   Club log says this 
one is not valid for DXCC, yet another contact within a few days of it was 
verified in LOTW  and DXCC.
