[Dx-qsl] V44KAI , manager K2SB

Sent my card to K2SB in Aug. 2009 along with sase and an extra $.  Received 
V44KAI card back from him in Oct. 2009.
Hope you receive the card back from him.
I have the same problem with no qsl for CN8KD from manager EA5XX for a 6 Mtr 
qso from June of last year.  Sent 2 GS & sae twice, but nothing received so 
far.  Oh well, maybe will work another CN on 6 Mtrs this year.

   I have had several QSOs with V44KAI, one of them on 6m band and I need it
to complete my DXCC in that band. Other 2 friends and me have sent to the
the manager K2SB several cards, but he is always putting us off with
different excuses. So far I have sent him up to 4 qsls !



In view of the lack of success, I tried directly with V44KAI, who told me
that he would contact his manager and solve the issue...but still today I
have received nothing.



Moreover, in the last CQWW 160 I could contact a special station from V44,
who's manager again K2SB...and I tried to give him a new chance and sent him
my QSL...which, I still keep waiting to receive it back.

I honestly think he is pulling my leg, because after exchanging emails he
has always told me he will send me the QSL...and even trying through the
hard way by making the issue public in forums and reporting to ARRL there
has not been any positive result.



I would like to know if there is anyone else in my same situation...I do
know for sure some other guys in Spain who have not received these QSL's.
